The film revolves around a neighborhood street-racer who partners having a business that is arrogant and wealthy associate, only to find himself delivered into prison and also framed by his colleague. He joins a New York-to-Los Angeles race to get revenge, after he gets outside. But when that the ex-partner accomplishes the scheme, he puts a large offender on the racer's head, forcing him to run a gauntlet of prohibited racers in every mode of vehicles.
