1986 Gyunggi Province. A woman's human body is found brutally raped and murdered. 8 weeks later, a string of murders and rapes starts under identical circumstances. And in the dark whispers on a murderer grow. A special taskforce is installed with two detectives Park Doo-Man and also Jo Younggoo combined by a detective in Seoul who asked to be assigned to the situation.
