The last of Rohmer's Six Moral Tales. Frederic contributes a bourgeois living. He's someone in a Paris office also can be happily married to Helene, a teacher expecting her next child. In the afternoons, Frederic daydreams about other women, but does not have any intention of taking any actions. 1 day, Chloe, who had been a mistress of an older friend, begins dropping by his office.
