Inspired to Ride
On June 7, 2014 cyclists from around the world set out following the TransAmerica Trail, on the inaugural Trans Am Bike Race. Their mission is to pay 4,233 miles in a gigantic platform race, traversing through ten countries in a transcontinental experience of epic proportions. Inspired To Ride follows closely the journey of a couple of those cyclists as they prepare, compete and experience exactly what riding 300 miles a day feels like having only a few hours sleep. They will rely solely upon their own fitness center, meticulously chosen gear and mental fortitude to get them. And to make it more interesting, they'll certainly be self-supported -- no vehicles, no team without the prize money waiting by the ending.
