Jane wakes up in a weird attic, in an identical world, with apparently no way out. She is stuck in a time-loop, predestined to relive the same day over and over with little memory of her doing it before. However with each 'reset' she starts to bear in mind a growing number of and begins to piece together what may be happening to her, with clues indicating a Professor Aaron Ostergaard. She makes her means to the strange Wytness Quantum Research Centre, run by Charles Marland-White, to try to find an escape.
