Hotel America
Helene, a pill-dependent anesthesiologist, is grieving the loss of her partner when she meets Gilles, a sleepy young man who stays for free at his mother's hotel, as a result of a vehicle accident she causes. Gilles's persistent amorous overtures toward Helene eventually win her over. But Gilles is also loyal to Bernard, a small-time thug who takes special pleasure in robbing gay guys. All three of them are dealing with dead-end relationships.
