Sam Maddox, a disturbed teen whose father committed suicide, is a bit promiscuous in her high school. They really do attract when Sam meets smart MIT-bound Henry Sinclair. Henry has an obsessive romantic fixation, and he will kill anyone who tries to ruin his star-crossed - and increasingly fatal - passion.
