Chui Chik attempts to lead a quiet life as a librarian. However, he's really a former test subject for an extremely secretive supersoldier project and the instructor of some special commando unit dubbed"701." The 701 team is employed for government missions, but once a few of these representatives kills a team of policemen within an uncontrollable rage, the government decides to abort the job and eradicate the subjects.
