Amiable slackers Ted and Bill are roped to a fantastical adventure when De Nomolos, a violin in the future, sends robot copies of their 2 lads to complete and replace them. The robot succeed in killing Bill and Ted, however, the 2 are determined to escape the afterlife, so as to return to the land of the living, challenging the Grim Reaper.
