Andy is really a passionate artist whose family has been building Rose Parade floats for generations. After her Dad gets sick, Andy has been made to take the helm and oversee the construction and decoration of their client's float. And to make matters worse, she is saddled with the challenge of managing a business man Cliff, whose company commissioned the float.
