Wacky Races

Races is an American animated television series produced by Hanna Barbera. The series, inspired by the 1965 slap stick comedy film The terrific Race, includes 11 distinct cars racing against each other at various road rallies throughout North America, with each motorist expecting to get the name of this"World's Wackiest Racer." Races conducted on CBS from September 14, 1968, to January 4, 1969. Seventeen episodes were produced, with each episode containing two distinct races. The animation had an unusually high amount of characters, with like-minded individuals and animals spread one of the 1 1 cars. Re runs of the series atmosphere many times each day on Cartoon Network's classic animation network Boomerang.
