The Nevers

In the ins 2015 of Victoria's reign, London is pestered by the "Touched": individuals-- primarily ladies-- that instantly show up unusual capabilities, some charming, some really disturbing. Amongst them are Amalia True, a strange, quick-fisted widow, and Penance Adair, a great young creator.
