First year high schooler Midori Asakusa loves anime a lot, she insists that "principle is everything" in animation. While she invests her time scribbling unlimited suggestions and also settings in her sketchbook, she hasn't taken the very first step to developing anime, insisting that she can't do it alone. After Asakusa's money-loving friend Sayaka Kanamori notifications her wizard and also drive, and when it becomes clear that their schoolmate and charismatic style version Tsubame Mizusaki intends to be an animator, the energetic trio begin a computer animation club.
