Dharma & Greg
Dharma & Greg is a popular sitcom that first debuted on American television on September 24, 1997, and ran until April 30, 2002. Jenna Elfman and Thomas Gibson play the roles of Dharma and Greg Montgomery, a couple who got married on their first date despite the fact that they couldn't have been more different from one another. This series is a collaboration of Chuck Lorre Productions, More-Medavoy Productions, and 4 to 6 Foot Productions, and it is produced for ABC by 20th Century Fox Television in partnership with Chuck Lorre Productions and More-Medavoy Productions. Composer Dennis C. Brown is responsible for composing as well as performing the show's theme tune. The sitcom, which was created by executive producers Dottie Dartland and Chuck Lorre, drew much of its inspiration from so-called "fish out of water" scenarios that involve a clash of cultures. This television program received nominations for eight Golden Globes, six Emmy Awards, and six Satellite Awards. In 1999, the Golden Globe Awards presented Elfman with the award for Best Actress.
