Sicilian Vampire

parts in equal proportions Sicilian Vampire, like Goodfellas and Dusk till Dawn, tells the story of reputed mobster Sonny Traficante, who was hoping to get away to the family hunt lodge for some rest and relaxation, as well as to make some memories. Instead, he received a night he will never forget. Sonny is bitten by a bat that was released from a container of bananas they brought up to the lodge. The bat takes a vicious bite out of Sonny's neck before flying away into the night. Sonny is entrusted with powers beyond mortal comprehension from that point forward, including supersonic hearing, enhanced sight, and superhuman strength, as well as the ability to communicate with the dead. Sonny now feels a responsibility to right the wrongs in his life and protect those he loves as a result of his enhanced senses. He initially resists his newfound abilities, but in the end, he embraces his fate.
