Marina is growing up by the sea in a prototype factory town with her architect dad. Choosing the species repellent and odd, she keeps her space. Instead she chooses to observe it throughout the sexual-education lessons she receives from her only friend, Bella, the mammal documentaries of Sir David Attenborough, as well as the music of Suicide. A stranger comes to town and challenges her to a duel that is foosball , in her table. Her dad meanwhile ritualistically prepares for his exit by the 20th century, and he believes to be"over rated." Caught between her collaborator along with both men Marina explores the mystery of the fauna.
